The Museum will be closed for maintenance from January 6 to 10. We will reopen for the weekend January 11 and 12 (weather dependent). We will close again from Jan 13 to 17 and reopen for the rest of the season on January 18. Thank you for your understanding.

Why do we tell ghost stories, dress in costume, and trick-or-treat on October 31st? Join Salem Witch Museum Director of Education, Rachel Christ, and Assistant Director of Education, Jill Christiansen, for a spooktacular night of Halloween history! During this hour-long virtual event we will talk about the origins of Halloween, tracing this fascinating holiday through the ages and into our modern-day celebration. Do you love Halloween? This is an event for you!

 

We are very excited to offer this event virtually! The event will be held live on Zoom at 7:00 EST. Once you have purchased a ticket, you will receive a confirmation receipt. The day before the event (October 10), you will receive an email with the Zoom link and password to access the virtual event room.
