Hidden History: Japanese Internment and Other Asian American Witch Hunts

During this virtual event, we discuss how the formula for a witch hunt can be applied to the internment of Japanese Americans during WWII, as well as the long and disturbing history of scapegoating Asian Americans in the United States. This is a subject that aligns closely with the mission of our museum– to give a voice to the innocent victims of witch hunts, from 1692 to the present day.
