Harvey Weinstein Assault Allegations

Harvey Weinstein, a well-known film producer, faces a number of sexual assault allegations that quickly begin to accumulate after an article published by The New York Times details decades of misconduct. The Weinstein Company, co-founded by Weinstein and his brother, ousts the producer in the following days and announces the further investigation of each allegation. The producer issues an apology and acknowledges that he has “caused a lot of pain,” but denies any criminal and sexual wrongdoing.
