Parkland Security Guard Arrested

Former school security guard Scot Peterson is arrested and charged with culpable negligence, perjury, and child negligence for failing to confront the Parkland shooter during the Parkland School Massacre. Peterson arrived on the scene of the massacre but did not enter the building to confront the shooter and instead took cover as the attack was carried out. The former deputy defended his actions stating that he followed training protocols for an active shooter situation.
