Putin Sworn In

Russian President Vladimir Putin is sworn in for his fifth term at the Grand Kremlin Palace. The ceremony is boycotted by numerous world leaders who cite Putin’s jailing of critics, removal of checks and balances, and ongoing war with Ukraine as a threat to democracy at the cost of many lives.
