This collectable is a reproduction of a Daniel Low souvenir spoon. Daniel Low & Co. was a gift store in Salem, MA from 1874 to 1995. Low first saw souvenir spoons in Germany in 1890 and brought the idea back to America. He created a souvenir spoon in 1891 with a “Witch City” design, Salem’s first popular witch souvenir and America’s first souvenir spoon! A favorite with spoon collectors and Witch City fans.
