Secret Service Director Kimberly Cheadle resigns following scrutiny over security issues surrounding the recent assassination attempt of former President Trump. Calls for resignation from bipartisan leaders began immediately following the incident with Cheadle eventually conceding to the failure to protect Trump and rallygoers.
